VICC performed an NBR Foam Production Line FAT service in Jul 2022. Our experts are available on-site at the production manufacturer to provide third-party verification that technical inspection services and factory acceptance tests and processes meet the highest performance and safety standards in the industry.

FAT Scope

• Design and documentation review against the contract and technical specification.
• Mechanical installation and assembly inspection.
• Electrical and control system check — PLC, instrumentation and safety interlock.
• Functional and performance test witnessing — run-in, capacity and quality of output.
• Safety verification and operator training review.
• Non-conformity reporting and release recommendation.

The factory acceptance test confirms the production line performs as specified before it is delivered and installed at the customer's site.
