CNC Lathe Inspection: Technical Inspection Before Shipment

CNC lathe accuracy measurement, technical specifications check, safety inspection and functional inspection are carried out before shipment, so the machine meets the agreed technical requirements and performs reliably at the customer's site.

Inspection Scope

  • Geometric accuracy measurement — positioning accuracy, repeatability, straightness of guideways and spindle run-out.
  • Technical specification verification — spindle, feed, turret and control system parameters checked against the contract and drawings.
  • Safety inspection — emergency stop, protective guards, electrical grounding and interlock systems.
  • Functional inspection — spindle operation, tool changing, cooling and lubrication systems, and program test running.
  • Documentation review — test certificates, calibration records and operation manuals.

Testing Basis

The inspection is carried out in accordance with relevant national and international machine tool acceptance standards.

At VICC, our inspectors combine precision instruments with on-site expertise to deliver an objective, third-party report before your CNC machine is shipped.
